What platform do you use to create websites?

Can I use 3rd party Domain or Hosting service provider?

 

 Yes, sure.

Our core business is XD WEBSITE and SmartWebe (Smart Web eSolution), we welcome any 3rd party domain or web hosting service providers. It’s open market, you have the right to purchase from any service provider that makes you feel good.

Just for your info, we’re registered this domain name @ NameCheap and hosted this website @ HostMantis.

How is your Lifetime License works?

The Lifetime License is based on Domain Name (example: yourdomain.com), it’s like you start a new business and paying a business license to run the business, the license is only valid for that business name, not transferable.

Our Lifetime License means you never had to pay for it again.

How is your 12-months warranty works?

 All our original theme and plugins (except the “special request” plugins) come with 12-months technical support.

Peace of mind – If you are facing any website technical problem, contact us through our helpdesk and we will fix the problem without extra cost. We stand firmly behind our products.

Can I extend my 12-months warranty and technical support?

Yes, you can buy our Extended Warranty Pack. We offer up to 50% discount for early bird.

It’s optional. Your website will not stop working with or without the Extended Warranty, but we would encourage you to renew it in order to access to our website technical support & updates.

What happen if I do not purchase Extended Warranty ?

 

Don’t worry, your website will not stop working. But you will lose access to technical support and new updates when your warranty expires.

Since we make website source code available to you (open source code), you can hire any designer to fix your problem, if any. It’s up to you how to maintain the website after the warranty period.

However, if the website is still under warranty period, any updates or changes made by unauthorized designer will cause the warranty void (invalid).

Is there any service contract?

No.

We don’t lock you in, you can come and go anytime you want. If you are not happy with our service, you are free to move your domain name, website and data in its entirety to another service provider.

Add-on Bundle Plan only: If you purchase Domain name or Hosting through us, it’s 12-months prepaid services. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions already committed to. You may cancel your account at anytime and it will not renew.

How to transfer the website to 3rd party service provider?

 

To minimize your website down time, please make sure the service provider has good knowledge on transferring WordPress website (this is a very popular platform, I believe 80% of experience designers know how to do it).

Please provide them your Hosting username & password, they will do all the hard work for you.

In case you need our help to do the transfer, we will charge you a small fee base on your website size to cover our time and operation costs. Talk to us anytime if you need help.

How the Money-Back Guarantee works?

Can I request to change the website layout?

In order to maintain the development cost always low and fast delivery, we will only help you to change the existing dummy contents to your provided contents (text, images or videos).

In case you have special requirements (extra plugins or change the design layout), we can do it for a fee.

How do I get technical support?

If you need help, please visit our Help Center. There you’ll find answers to many common questions (under FAQs and Training Video series). If you’re unable to find what you’re looking for in the Help Center, we suggest contacting us through Helpdesk.
